Orange Guy (with wips)
This started as practice for a larger painting, but eventually became its own thing. I used this painting to practice combining traditional and digital media.
Below shows the original traditional painting (1st image), some digital color correction (2nd image), and The completed image with digital collage/painting on top (3rd image).
Below are some wips of the painting process. I tried to stay very loose and experimental with it! The media used in this part of the process was: heavy body acrylics, acrylic gouache, and various colored inks.
